2022年、イタリア・トスカーナを拠点としたUCIコンチネンタルチームとして創設。翌年にUCIプロチーム昇格を果たし、ジロ・デ・イタリアにも出場。その後、イタリアを代表するプロチームとしてグローバルに活躍を続けている。2026年はNIPPOがネーミングスポンサーに加わり、太陽光発電システム・エネルギー貯蓄システムのリーディングカンパニーであるソリューションテックと、パナマの自転車フレームブランドのラーリとともに、チームを力強くサポート。

Founded in 2022 as a UCI Continental Team based in Tuscany, Italy, the team earned promotion to UCI ProTeam status the following year and went on to compete in the Giro d'Italia. Since then, the team has continued to make its mark on the global stage as one of Italy's leading professional cycling outfits. For the 2026 season, NIPPO joins as a naming sponsor, with the team receiving strong backing from Solutiontech, a leading provider of solar power generation and energy storage systems, and Lazer, a bicycle frame brand from Panama.
