1973年のチーム立ち上げ以来、53年の歴史を数える伝統のチーム。過去、多くの日本チャンピオンやオリンピック代表選手を輩出してきた。時代と共に活動を変化させてきたが、より高い場所を目指す姿勢が変わることは無い。近年は『世界トップレベルで活躍する選手育成』という目的を掲げ活動をしている。TOJ2024ではポイント賞と山岳賞をダブル受賞する活躍をみせた。
With a history spanning 53 years since the team's founding in 1973, this is one of Japan's most storied cycling clubs. Over the decades, the team has produced numerous national champions and Olympic representatives. While its activities have evolved with the times, its ambition to reach ever greater heights has never wavered. In recent years, the team has focused its mission on developing riders capable of competing at the highest level on the world stage. At the 2024 Tour of Japan, the team made a strong impression by claiming both the Points Classification and the Mountains Classification.
