2022年に首都タシケントを本拠地として設立されたウズベキスタンのUCIコンチネンタルチーム。前身は「Tashkent City Professional Cycling Team」で、2026年よりウズベキスタンの国家スポーツブランド「7 Saber（セブン・セーバー）」を冠する現チーム名に改称した。「7 Saber」はウズベキスタン・ナショナルチームの全競技公式スポンサーを務めるスポーツブランドで、「サーベルの力と7という数字の神聖さ」を組み合わせた独自の哲学を持つ。創設者はアジア・オリンピック評議会（OCA）副会長のオタベク・ウマロフ氏で、近年急速に国際的なスポーツ投資を拡大しており、2026年からはイタリアのプロチーム「Bardiani CSF - 7 Saber」のタイトルスポンサーとしても名を連ねている。チームはウズベキスタン国籍の若手選手を中心に構成され、自国の競技力強化と次世代選手の育成を使命とする。国際大会経験豊富なムラジャン・ハルムラトフ（元アジア選手権ロードレース王者）らベテランがチームを牽引する。ツアー・オブ・ジャパン初参戦となる今大会、ウズベキスタンサイクリング界の台頭を日本のファンに示す。

Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, this UCI Continental team was established in 2022 under the name Tashkent City Professional Cycling Team. For the 2026 season, the team was rebranded as 7 Saber Uzbekistan Cycling Team, taking the name of Uzbekistan's national sports brand "7 Saber," the official sponsor of the Uzbekistan National Team across all sporting disciplines. The brand — whose name draws on the symbolic power of the saber and the sacred significance of the number seven — was founded by Otabek Umarov, Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), who has been rapidly expanding Uzbekistan's international sporting footprint. In 2026, 7 Saber also became a title sponsor of Italian ProTeam Bardiani CSF - 7 Saber, underscoring the brand's growing global ambitions in cycling. The team is built around Uzbek national talent, with a core mission of developing the next generation of riders from Central Asia. Among its key figures is Muradjan Khalmuratov, a former Asian Continental Road Race champion, who brings a wealth of international experience to the squad. Making their Tour of Japan debut, the team aims to showcase the rising force of Uzbek cycling to fans in Japan.
