2023年よりUCIコンチネンタルチームとして国内外のレースに参戦し、トルコ、ウズベキスタン、ツール･ド･熊野などの国際レースでステージ優勝を果たしてきた。また、若手育成を目的とした「ユースチーム」や、社会人の競技力向上を支援する「マスターズクラブ」、さらには障がいを持つ競技者の受け入れなど、ダイバーシティを重視した活動にも取り組んでいる。念願であったTOJへの出場権を獲得し、未知への挑戦となるが、充実した8日間になるよう、選手・スタッフ一丸となって戦いに挑む。

Since becoming a UCI Continental team in 2023, the team has competed in races both in Japan and abroad, achieving stage wins in international events such as those in Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Tour de Kumano. In addition to racing, the team actively promotes diversity through various initiatives—including a youth team aimed at developing young talent, a masters club that supports competitive growth for working adults, and programs welcoming athletes with disabilities. This year, the team has earned a long-awaited spot in the Tour of Japan. While it will be a new and challenging experience, both riders and staff are united in their determination to make it a rewarding and successful 8-day journey.
