シマノレーシングチーム

大阪・堺の自転車部品メーカー、シマノが持つ歴史ある名門。ミスター全日本の異名を持つシマノレーシング生え抜きの野寺秀徳監督がチームを率い、27歳の入部正太朗選手がキャプテンを務める。歴史的には国内最強メンバーを揃える強豪チームの期間が長かったが、近年は若手育成を掲げるデベロップメントチームとして活動。2016年はそのコンセプトをしっかりと体現し、木村圭佑選手が頂上決戦の全日本選手権ロードで3位に食い込んだ。今年も若いメンバーが多く、初日の堺ステージはチームのお膝元でもあり、地元ファンの前で積極的な走りが期待される。

A distinguished team of Shimano, the famous bicycle components manufacturer based in Sakai City, Osaka. Hidenori Nodera, known as “Mr.Japan National Champion” who developed his career in Shimano Racing Team, directs the team with 27 years old Shotaro Iribe (Japan) taking role as a captain. The team was well known as the top team to carry best Japanese riders, but recently they are more focused in training the young talents. Last season, the team has shown the result of its concept by Keisuke Kimura (Japan) placing 3rd in Japan National Road Race. The team will be back again in their home town Sakai in the first stage with many of its young talents showing aggressive race in front of the local fans.
